Sturgy Ironband was Tormus Deepforge's mentor. He taught blacksmithing in eastern Dun Morogh. One of his students brought him a new ore to work with that he named,  [Umbral Ore]. The Dark Iron dwarves attacked the compound and killed everyone. His strongbox that hold the ore that caused his death is now guarded by the Dark Iron dwarf Captain Beld. Adventurers of the Alliance sent by Tormus avenged his death and retrieved the Umbral ore. His home can be found in southeastern Dun Morogh. ^[77, 61]
