Patch changes

• Patch 1.12.0 (2006-08-22): Clarified the tooltip for the Stormshroud armor to explain that it deals Nature damage.
  
• Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-19): The Lightning effect from this set will no longer break your Gouge.
  
• Patch 1.6.0 (2005-07-12): Set bonus for Stormshroud Armor improved. It should be more compelling for rogues and druids now.
