The Storage Warden is a centurion located at the Eternal Forge in Bastion. It's supposed to be standing guard over some chests of Forge Materials, but it initially appears 
Deactivated. It activates after a few of the chests have been rummaged through.
Abilities
Hampering Blow — Reduces the movement speed of the target by 30% for 12 sec. Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy.
Unstable Construct — Damage taken increased by 50%. Non-standard methods were used in the creation of this construct.
