Stocking Up is a profession achievement which was completed by creating 500 
[Heavy Frostweave Bandage]. In order to make Heavy Frostweave Bandages, a First Aid skill of 400 was needed, and a First Aid skill of 390 was needed for [Manual: Heavy Frostweave Bandage] to drop.
Additional Info
1000 Heavy Frostweave Bandages are needed in order to complete this achievement, and Heavy Frostweave bandages require 2 
[Frostweave Cloth] apiece. Ultimately, 50 stacks of Frostweave need to be obtained.
The time it takes to make the bandages adds up to 750 seconds, or 12 and a half minutes. Vendoring the bandages afterwards will accumulate about 125 gold.
Strategy
While 500 Heavy Frostweave Bandages may sound daunting, this achievement may be easier to complete over time instead of all at once. 50 stacks of Frostweave Cloth can easily cost 500+ gold on the Auction House
Doing quests and dungeons/raids with many humanoids and making bandages as soon as possible will net this achievement in no time.
