Stinky is one of Rotface and Festergut's pet plague-dogs, along with Precious. He is a miniboss in The Plagueworks of Icecrown Citadel.
Abilities
Decimate — Reduce the current health of all nearby units to 15% of their maximum health.
Mortal Wound — A punshing blow strikes the target, reducing the effectiveness of healing spells by 10%.
Plague Stench — The foul stench deals 1500 Nature damage to all nearby enemies.
Strategy
Stinky can be a shock if you pull it first. It does a Mortal Strike, reducing healing by 10% per stack, stacking very quickly. Tanks should taunt Stinky around every five stacks of Mortal Strike.
The Plague Stench raid wide AoE is pretty heavy and healers should keep a sharp eye, mostly before and after a Decimate.
Stinky gives 150 points toward the Ashen Verdict.

Notes
Stinky and Precious have a mechanic which temporarily greatly increases weapon skill to ensure Mortal Wound will land. A few crits on the tank for about ~7-8k are expected and nothing to worry about.
