Stellar Refraction Device

The thing's hollow — it goes on forever — and — oh my God! — it's full of stars!

The Stellar Refraction Device is located beneath the elevator in the Halls of Origination. Heading down stairs through the northern passage will allow the device to be operated. Activating it will cause a myriad of colored runes to appear in the area around the central device. In between the runes, different types of refractors can be found: Angular Stellar Refractor, Jagged Stellar Refractor, Round Stellar Refractor.
