The Spire Throne is the innermost area of Upper Blackrock Spire. It is accessed from the Furnace, which lies across a short stone bridge that spans the Lower Blackrock Spire. From here General Drakkisath rules the entirety of Blackrock Spire, supervised only by his lords in Blackwing Lair. The attunements to this raid dungeon, as well as that of Onyxia's Lair prior to patch 3.2.2, are both obtained by battling Drakkisath in this room.
