The Spear of the Kolkar Khan is a quest item provided by Khan Leh'Prah for 
[10-30] Delicate Negotiations. Players need to place the spear in the Fatherstone in Magram Territory to initiate a Kolkar attack on the village, and subsequently defend the spear from Magram Defenders with the help of several Kolkar Warmongers until Khan Kammah appears.
