Soulless Ghoul are ghouls found around the Ruins of Andorhal in Western Plaguelands.
Abilities
Frailty — Reduces all attributes of nearby enemies by 10 for 1 min.
Mana Burn — Hits an enemy with an anti-mana bolt. For each point of mana consumed by the bolt, the target takes 1 damage.
Shadow Bolt Volley — Hurls missiles of dark magic, inflicting Shadow damage to nearby enemies.
Notes
Killing this mob quickly is important because the Frailty debuff can stack up to 5 times. Mana users also need to be careful of the ghoul's Mana Burn ability.
