Soul Devourers are void hounds located in the Arcatraz.
Abilities
Enrage — Increases the caster's attack speed by 100% for 8 sec.
Fel Breath — Inflicts 1395 Fire damage to enemies in front of the caster.
Sightless Eye — Summons a sightless eye to seek out and attack nearby enemies.
Sightless Touch — Deals 465 Shadow damage to an enemy target. Also slows movement speed by 50% and attack and casting speeds by 75%.
Note: Kill the Sightless Eyes quickly as they only have 800 health and are annoying.
