Soothing Shade is a soulbind trait available on row 1 of Theotar the Mad Duke's soulbind tree. It gives your abilities a chance to summon Tubbins and Gubbins, who temporarily provide a shaded area that increases your mastery while you stand in it.

This ability has an internal cooldown of 20 seconds.
