Sodden Hozen Brawlers are hozen in Trickling Passage in Stormstout Brewery that are apparently controlled by Aqua Dancers by casting 
Aquatic Illusion on them. Removing the Aqua Dancers removes the ability and makes them damage less.
Abilities
- Water Strike — Blasts the target and all enemies within 2 yards with water, dealing 8 Frost damage and slowing movement speed by 50% for 5 sec.
