Small Throwing Knives are a thrown item that can be purchased from general goods vendors and certain weapon vendors.
Newly-created rogue characters begin with 100 Small Throwing Knives equipped in the ranged slot.
Patch changes
Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Removed due to the addition of durability to thrown weapons. Existing items converted into 
[Broken Small Throwing Knife].
