Slime-Covered Scroll is sold by Zackett Skullsmash for 12x  [Death's Bargaining Chip] from inside Naxxramas after finding him, awakening him, and completing his  [1-70] Inconvenience Fee quest after earning the  [Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement.

When used, the scroll can become one of thirty-three Blacksmithing, Inscription, Jewelcrafting, Leatherworking, or Tailoring recipes, regardless of the professions of the character that uses the scroll and if they have already learned the recipe. These recipes are not Bind on Pickup, so they can be traded or bought and sold on the Auction House.
