Sky Marshal Schwind is a Forsaken located on the Hellscream's Fist in the Jade Forest. When the airship is burning after the first Alliance attack, Schwind can be found on the lower bridge speaking with Rivett Clutchpop.
Since this is his only appearance, he probably went down with the ship not much time later.
