Skarr the Broken is a rare spawn ogre found in the Lower Wilds of Feralas, north of The Razza under a canopy that is clearly too short for him. Before the Cataclysm he was known as Skarr the Unbreakable and spawned in the Dire Maul arena.
Abilities
Cleave — Inflicts 110% of weapon damage to an enemy and its nearest ally.
Knockdown — Inflicts 10% of normal weapon damage to an enemy, stunning it for 2 sec.
Mortal Strike — Inflicts 130% weapon damage and leaves the target wounded, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 50% for 5 sec.

Patch changes
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Moved, renamed from Skarr the Unbreakable, and level changed from 58 Rare Elite to 40 Rare.
