The Silverscale Minnow is a bait item that can be caught while the 
[Moosehorn Hook] is applied. The hook can be fished from open water in Stormheim and from Fevers of Stormrays; using it allows the angler to catch a Minnow, which can in turn be applied as bait to catch Thundering Stormrays. If this item is used after having obtained the 
[Underlight Angler], one will instead catch the 
[Thundering Stormray].
