• Hotfix (2020-12-08): Signet of Tormented Kings no longer has a cooldown on how often its effect can occur.
  
• Hotfix (2020-12-01): Fixed an issue where, when Signet of Tormented Kings would trigger a second [Ravager], any existing Ravagers would stop dealing damage and generating Rage.
