Sian'tsu is a jungle troll shaman trainer located just outside Miwana's Longhouse in the Valley of Wisdom of Orgrimmar. Before the Cataclysm, she was located in Grommash Hold.
She was present at the funeral ceremony of Vol'jin in the Dranosh'ar Blockade.
She appears in the Vision of Orgrimmar.
Abilities

Earth Shock — Shocks an enemy with concussive force, inflicting Nature damage and interrupting the spell being cast for until cancelled.
Lava Burst — You hurl molten lava at the target, dealing Fire damage.
Lightning Bolt — Blasts an enemy with lightning, inflicting Nature damage.
Stormbeak — Call in Stormbeak, who attacks your enemies.
Void Conversion — Being corrupted.
