Patch changes

• Hotfix (2024-02-21): Will no longer sometimes cause loss of combo points when a Rogue is talented into [Seal Fate] and a bounced Shuriken crits a secondary target.
  
• Hotfix (2024-02-20): Bounce range reduced to 10 yards (was 15 yards).
