The Shroud of the Nathrezim are shoulderpads that belonged to the dreadlord Balnazzar.
They seem to have the same abilities as the 
[Crown of Tyranny], either improves the accuracy and response of its wearer, but Mathias Shaw mentions that these are despicable things, and that he would not even wear them for all the gold of Azeroth.[1]

This item drops from Balnazzar in the Stratholme Main Gate wing.
Notes
- According Mathias Shaw, the shoulderpads are now sealed by sacred wards in the Sanctum of Light, under the watch of the Knights of the Silver Hand.[1]
