The Shoeshine Seat is a chair located next to Sheddle Glossgleam at Photonic Playground in Dalaran at Broken Isles or at Threads of Fate in Dalaran at Northrend Sit down for a moment, and the cobbler will bring a gleam to your footwear.

This is also found next to Phil Gresham in the Tradewinds Market in Boralus where instead of Sheddle, Phil will bring a gleam to your footwear.
