The Shellfish Trap is located in the waters west of Shadowprey Village in Desolace. These traps usually catch level 33 or 34 Drysnap Crawlers, which will attack those that release it. While they used to be usable for anyone, in Mists of Pandaria they strictly became quest objects that can only be interacted with for the quest 
[10-30] Fish in a Bucket.
