Shard is one of the three small earth elemental guardians created by Navarrogg. Players are initially sent to rescue Shard, along with Frag and Gravel, during 
[10-45] Pet Rocks. Upon recovering Shard, Torok Bloodtotem will yell the following message:
- Navarrogg's toy won't do him any good against me.
After being rescued, Shard and Gravel join Navarrogg at his refuge, and later assist their master in combat against the Bloodtotem tribe.
- Navarrogg says: Shard, come to me and strike our enemies down!
