The Shadowy Initiate is one of the three Shadow Council members in the Grangol'var Village in Terokkar Forest who needs to be questioned for 
[15-30] Who Are They?. They're in the middle of the village learning to summon.
Abilities
Corruption — Corrupts nearby enemies, inflicting Shadow damage every 3 sec. for 15 sec.
Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.
