Servants of Neptulon are water elementals located in Slitherblade Shore in Desolace.
Abilities
Cone of Cold — Inflicts Frost damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster, reducing their movement speed for 4 sec.
Ice Lance — Deals Frost damage to an enemy target. Causes triple damage against Frozen targets.
Neptulon's Blessing — Increases swim speed by 250%.
Splash — A splash of water drenches all nearby enemies, dealing Frost damage and knocking them back a short distance.
