- Use: You're handed a smoke flare to target the top of a tower at Skorn, up to a distance of 90 yards away. This will call in an airstrike upon that tower and its casters.
Sergeant's Flare is provided for the quest 
[10-30] Towers of Certain Doom.
Use
This item is to be used on each of the four towers in Skorn, which will mark them for cannon volleys from Westguard Keep.
When the tower is attacked, the casters on it, which are a threat to anyone who gets close, will be killed.
Notes
A Horde version of this quest exists(
[10-30] Towers of Certain Doom), but it provides the item 
[Brave's Flare] instead.
