The Seeker of Souls is a lich located in Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Defeating this creature will leave behind an Anima Cell with the choice between the 
[Frostbite Wand] and 
[Icy Heartcrust] Anima powers.
Abilities
Chains of Ice — Forms icy chains around enemies within 30 yds, locking them in place and inflicting 5 Frost damage every 2 sec for 6 sec.
Howling Souls — Inflicts Shadow damage to enemies, reducing their damage dealt by 10% and health by 5% every 1 sec for 5 sec. This effect lasts 6 sec and stacks.

- During the beta, her placeholder model was that of a regular female lich.
