The Secret Fish Goggles is an achievement reward from 
[Secret Fish of Mechagon]. Although this item provides a buff rather than being worn directly, the appearance of whatever headgear the angler is wearing will be supplanted by a pair of goggles similar to those produced by the Engineering profession.
Usage
Using the goggles will cause a tiny puffer fish to spawn some distance from the player. Clicking on this small floating fish in the brief time before it disappears will provide one of the fish below, based on time, zone and other factors. This item allows the user to obtain the following secret fish in various locations across Azeroth and beyond:
