The Second Booster Part for 
[Mimiron's Jumpjets] drops from the Enigmamental in the Irontree Woods of Felwood.
At [50.1, 26.2], interact with the ghost Mimiron's Booster Part to aggro the enigmamental. The aggroing player will have the vehicle interface with one key ability:
Envelope
Use this to suck up other nearby players. Once four have been acquired, the elemental will explode, leaving the finished Mimiron's Booster Part on the ground. Interact with it to pick up the Second Booster Part.
