Scourge Meat Wagons were located in the Eastern Plaguelands outside the gates of Quel'Thalas. They were ran by Scourge Siege Engineers. Their company was staging for an attack on the Ghostlands until they were stopped by a Blood Knight intervention.[1]
Objective of
Three of these wagons needed to be destroyed for the quest 
[60] A Demonstration of Loyalty.
