Scintal Reef

Scintal Reef is a miles-long coral reef which sweeps around the southwest perimeter of the Eye, under the Maelstrom. Makrura activity here keeps the naga at bay — the makrura consider this reef their territory and their capital city of Mak'aru is located within.
