Scholomance Handlers are cultists found in the Great Ossuary in Scholomance where they handle the Plagued Hatchlings.
Abilities
Arcane Blast Melee range — Blasts an enemy with Arcane magic, inflicting normal damage and knocking the enemy back. Instant.
Blast Wave — Unleashes a wave of flame, inflicting Fire damage to nearby enemies and reducing their movement speed for 6 sec. Instant.
Cone of Cold — Inflicts Frost damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster, reducing their movement speed for 8 sec. Instant.
Strategy
They come with a pack of plagued dragon whelps, so a good idea is to have a priest to 
[Mind Control] the Handler and use his/her AoE abilities against the whelps.
