Scathely is a lich found inside a hidden dwelling behind a slime waterfall in Glutharn's Decay in Maldraxxus. Killing him is required to loot Glutharn's Stash.

Frosty Shard — Inflicts 9 Physical and Frost damage.
Icy Rift — The caster opens a rift, inflicting Frost damage to nearby players every 1.5 sec.
