Scarlet Beastmasters are humans of the Scarlet Crusade found inside the Library wing of the Scarlet Monastery.
Abilities
Exploding Shot — Inflicts normal damage plus 25 to an enemy and any of its nearby allies. All damage inflicted is based on Fire magic.
Shoot — Shoots at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.
