Sapphiron's Lair is the lair of Sapphiron located deep within Naxxramas, guarding the inner sanctum of Kel'Thuzad. Pre-patch 3.3.0 you had to clear each final boss of the four separate wings to access this portion of Naxxramas, but that has been changed since.
