Sacrificial Gauntlets are a fairly common drop from any of the Aspect Priests in Zul'Gurub. Although they are only of rare quality, they are among the most powerful gauntlets available at this stage of the game for warriors wishing to deal damage in instances.

Sacrificial Gauntlets drop off High Priestess Mar'li, High Priest Venoxis, High Priestess Jeklik, High Priest Thekal and High Priestess Arlokk in Zul'Gurub in Stranglethorn Vale.
