Saberstalker Teachings: Trailblazer is a consumable item that can be purchased from 
Z'tenga the Walker <Saberstalker Quartermaster> at a cost of 500 upon reaching revered reputation with the Saberstalkers.
It permanently increases mounted movement speed in Tanaan Jungle by 15%. This effect does not stack with 
[Heart of the Crusader], 
[On a Pale Horse] or 
[Mount Up].
