The S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera is a reward from the follower mission 
Field Photography. The mission has a random chance of appearing. It is also a quest reward from 
[1-70] Light Camera Action.
Notes
- S.E.L.F.I.E. stands for "self-enabling low focus image extractor", according to NPCs in-game such as Vivica Starshot.
- Using the camera at a number of locations is the objective of the exploration achievement
[Field Photographer]. - Getting this item will allow another garrison follower mission to eventually appear rewarding the [S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera MkII], which goes in the Toy Box.
- In their on-click quotes, civilian nightborne NPCs mention that they bought a S.E.L.F.I.E Camera from a stealth patrol.
