Ryul the Fading is a skeleton located at the end of the Wailing Halls in Tomb of Sargeras when the world quest is up.
Abilities
Anguishing Strike — A devastating strike that inflicts 280 Shadow damage and inflicts 1200000 Shadow damage every 2 sec for 10 sec. The target is then banished to the spirit realm for 12 sec.
Soul Portal — Creates a portal to the spirit realm.
Void Rift — Links the target to the void causing energy to explode forth, inflicting 78 Shadow damage to all enemies within 10 yards.
