Runewritten Tome is provided as an objective for   [10-45] A Mysterious Text and   [10-45] There's a Scribe for That.

The book belonged to Svena the Infused and contains a wealth of ancient vrykul recipes. It was translated by Professor Pallin, and Deucus Valdera then tried to use it, but it brought the angered ghost of Svena. The ghost demanded the book back.
