Open Scarlet Footlockers in Tyr's Hand to obtain a  [Sending Sigil]. Use it on the four Sending Pillars in the Eastern Plaguelands, in the following order:

1. Light's Hope Chapel^[82, 58]
2. Darrowshire^[40, 92]
3. Northdale^[70, 35]
4. Terrordale^[16, 28]

Each Sending Pillar will teleport you to a different location. The fourth pillar will teleport you to a house^[62.2, 7.5] containing Adon's Trunk, which contains the rune.
