Speak to Brother Romulus in the Stormwind Cathedral, then descend into the catacombs and find the  [Charred Note] at the bottom. Go to the small island in the middle of the river between Elwynn Forest, Westfall, and Duskwood, speak to Ada Gelhardt, and challenge her. After defeating her, speak with her again to receive the Rune.
