[Arbor Tarantula Specimen] from Stranglethorn Vale, a 
[Hay Weevil Specimen] from the Arathi Highlands, and a 
[Flesh Picker Specimen] from Desolace. Deliver them to Amaryliss Webb to get the Rune.
