  This effect stacks and lasts for an entire week.
• Duration: 7 days

Rune of Fortune can be purchased from Archmage Tarsis Kir-Moldir in Naxxramas for 5 during the Season of Mastery. You must first turn in  [Book of Deathstones: Rune of Fortune] to purchase this item.

Notes

• Using a rune increases the health and damage of all bosses, but also causes them to drop an additional item when slain. The extra drop(s) can be any item on the boss's loot table, including  [Splinter of Atiesh].
• Archmage Tarsis Kir-Moldir can remove stacks of the Rune of Fortune effect if the raid finds a boss too difficult, but this will not refund the item.
