[Master Channeler] rune for chest armor.

This rune can be found in four different zones:
The Barrens
Go to the Altar of Thorns at Thorn Hill in the Barrens, then cast [Health Funnel] on your pet until you die. Upon death you will immediately be raised and gain the Rune.
Loch Modan
Purchase the 
[Malevolent Pie] from Greishan Ironstove. Eat it to get the Hellish Indigestion debuff. The Rune will automatically be acquired when the debuff expires.
Silverpine Forest
Enter the Deep Elem Mine and search for the Sadistic Fiend. Cast 
[Curse of Recklessness] on it, and it will drop the Rune when slain.
Westfall
Obtain 
[Spare Reaper Parts] from harvest golems and an 
[Elemental Core] from Dust Devils, then combine them into a 
[Prototype Engine]. Use it on the Harvest Reaper Prototype to turn it hostile; it will drop the Rune when slain.
