Rune Matching is a minigame that can be played on the Darkmoon Arcade Console at the Darkmoon Faire.

When the game is launched, an array of colorful, glowing runes will appear in front of the player. Clicking two adjacent runes will attempt to swap their positions. The goal is to gain points by lining up three or more matching runes, causing them to drop out of the playing field. The player's score is displayed in yellow at the bottom of the field. Below that is a small, glowing cube that allows the game to be reset, randomizing the playing field and putting the score back to zero.

This game will not automatically close once you win; to leave, right-click the Rune Matching buff.
