Ruinous Bolt is an Azerite trait available to all classes. It can be found on Azerite Armor from Drustvar and Waycrest Manor.
Trivia
- During the first half of Battle for Azeroth beta, this trait additionally had the following effect: "When the soul departs, it heals you for 1% of the damage it dealt."
Patch changes
Hotfix (2018-08-16): Fixed an issue where Ruinous Bolt would sometimes damage enemies that the player was not in combat with.
