Roteye is a mistlurker located in Stormheim.
Abilities
Rotting Mists — Roteye creates pools of mist that last for 8 sec inflicting Nature damage every 5 sec to all enemies within the mist. This effect stacks.
Stagnant Spray — Inflicts Nature damage to all enemies in a cone in front of the caster.
