The Ritualistic Necromancers are three dead members of the House of Rituals lying next to Baroness Vashj at the Renounced Bastille in Maldraxxus. The third one is still alive and being interrogated by Vashj when the player first arrives to the bastille in 
[53-60] A Common Peril, but Vashj kills them moments later.
